Warranty Coverage

At armstrongfoil.shop, we take pride in the quality and performance of every product we make. That’s why we back our gear with a clear and fair warranty policy. Our coverage begins from the original purchase date and applies as follows:
Foils and Hardware: 5 Months
Boards: 3 Months
Wings: 3 Months
Accessories: 3 Months
We stand behind products that leave our hands in perfect condition. Therefore, we will replace any new and unused product found to be defective in materials or workmanship at the time of original sale.
To initiate a claim, simply email us at info@armstrongfoil.shop Be sure to include:
A copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice
The retailer or dealer name and date of purchase
A detailed explanation of the issue
Clear, dated photos showing the problem
Once all required documentation is received, our team will promptly assess the situation. If the issue is deemed a valid warranty claim, Armstrong will cover all applicable shipping costs—because standing behind our gear means standing with our customers.
Shipping
We aim to deliver exceptional service across every touchpoint, including shipping. However, we do not offer order cancellations or refunds for items purchased directly through armstrongfoils.com due to customs-related challenges, including delays, holds, or import charges.
If a package appears damaged upon arrival, we urge you to reject it with the courier or report it to us at info@armstrongfoil.shop within 24 hours. This allows us to ensure swift investigation and appropriate resolution. Packages not rejected or reported within this timeframe will be considered delivered in the condition they were shipped.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your Armstrong gear. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer refunds only on regular-priced products that are in new and unused condition. Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are non-refundable.
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction matters to us. Should a product need replacement due to a defect, we make the process straightforward:
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt
The retailer’s name and purchase date must be clearly legible
Include a clear explanation of the defect and dated photos showing the issue
All warranty claims require return authorization before any product is shipped. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your replacement. Only products deemed defective by our team are eligible for replacement.

General Warranty Terms
Armstrong’s warranty is our commitment to the durability and performance of your equipment. We cover only defects in materials or workmanship, as determined by Armstrong International Limited. Any repair or replacement product retains the original purchase date for warranty purposes.
This warranty does not apply to:
Damage from UV exposure, heat, or sun
Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Use of aftermarket or third-party parts
Products with removed or defaced serial numbers
Loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs
We reserve the right to assess warranty eligibility through photos and documents submitted either to the authorized Armstrong dealer or directly to info@armstrongfoil.shop if purchased from our official website.
Specific Warranty Terms
Foils and Hardware – 12 Months
Covered for one year from purchase, our foils and hardware are built to perform. However, damage from UV exposure, wear-and-tear, improper storage, aftermarket use, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
Boards – 6 Months
Boards are warranted against material or workmanship defects for six months. This does not include damage from heat, normal use, accidents, or using non-Armstrong parts like foot straps or mast hardware.
Wings – 6 Months
Wings are covered for six months. Over-inflation, exposure to heat, third-party bladders, handles, or leashes, as well as wear or misuse, are not covered under this warranty.
Accessories – 6 Months
Accessories (excluding branded merchandise or miscellaneous items) are covered for six months. Exclusions apply for UV damage, misuse, wear-and-tear, unauthorized repair, and use of incompatible aftermarket parts.
